These terms apply when you use Marley, run by Marley. By signing in, you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

The service

Marley reads the Google account you connect and suggests what to do next, drafts replies, and manages your calendar and tasks when you ask. We may change or stop features, and will tell you before anything that affects your data.

Your account

• Only connect accounts you are allowed to use, and keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for what you approve Marley to send or change on your behalf.
• Don't use Marley to break the law, send spam, or harm other people or systems.

AI output

Marley uses AI, which can be wrong. Check summaries, drafts and suggestions before you rely on them. Marley never sends an email without your approval.

Your content

Your email, calendar, documents and conversations stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run Marley for you.

Ending

You can stop at any time by disconnecting Google in settings, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Marley is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions you approved. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
